Anyone who is taking a skiing/snowboard lesson including private lessons, youth programs, learn to, or any lesson product we offer must have this waiver on file. Only the lesson participant (if 18+ years old) or the Parent/Guardian of the minor participant may fill this out.

2024-2025 Tyrol Basin Ski Team Liability
Each Tyrol Basin Ski Team (TBST) Participant needs to fill out a Release of Liability Waiver. Only the TBST Participant (if 18+ years old) or the parent/guardian of the TBST participant (if <18 years old) may fill this out.

Events

2024 GFB Outdoors/BMAC
Any participant in the Beast Mode Archery Challenge (BMAC) needs to complete this waiver. Only the lesson participant (if 18+ years old) or the Parent/Guardian of the minor participant may fill this out.

Rental
